After you create your Afrizon account, a few extra steps help you get the most out of the app. A complete profile means faster checkout, accurate delivery, and relevant recommendations — so it’s worth taking a few minutes to set things up.
Completing your profile unlocks faster checkout (your saved address is pre-selected), order notifications, and personalized product recommendations based on your location.

Tap Account in the bottom navigation bar. You’ll see your profile card at the top with your name and current role.
2

Tap Update Profile to save your changes.

In the Account screen, tap Security then Change Password. Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm the new password. Tap Reset Password to apply the change.

Add a delivery address

Having a saved delivery address makes checkout significantly faster. You can save multiple addresses and set one as your default.

Go to Delivery Addresses

From the Account screen, tap Delivery Addresses.

Add a new address

Tap Add New Address. Fill in:
  • Address Title — a label like “Home” or “Office”
  • Address Line 1 and Address Line 2
  • City and Region
  • Postal Code and Landmark (optional but helpful for delivery partners)
  • Phone Number — the contact number for this address
You can also tap Select Location to pin your exact delivery point on the map. Drag the map pin or use the search bar to find the right spot.
Use the map pin to set your precise delivery location, especially if your address is in an area where street names may be unclear.
3

Set a default address

Once saved, tap Set Default next to the address you want to use automatically at checkout. Your default address appears pre-selected every time you place an order.
