The three roles on Westpoint
Westpoint is built around three distinct roles. You can start as one and add others later from your account. Buyer — Shop products from local vendors, manage your cart, track orders, and keep a Wishlist of items you want to buy. This is the default role when you sign up. Vendor — Open your own online store within Westpoint. You can list products, manage stock, receive and process orders, and view revenue reports from the vendor dashboard. Delivery Partner — Pick up and deliver orders from vendor stores to buyers. You choose when you’re available, accept or decline delivery requests, and get paid per completed delivery.You can hold multiple roles on a single account.
