The Afrizon delivery app includes built-in maps so you never need to switch to a separate navigation app. From an order’s detail screen you can get turn-by-turn directions to the pickup location and then to the customer’s address, all without leaving the app.

Opening navigation for an order

From any active order in your list, tap Navigate to Delivery to open the navigation screen. The app loads the delivery details — including the store pickup location and the customer’s drop-off address — and displays them on the map.
Navigation loads your current delivery’s pickup point and drop-off address automatically. If the screen takes a moment, the app is fetching the latest order and location data.

Using the in-app map

1

Open the order and tap Navigate to Delivery

From your Active Deliveries or Orders screen, select the order you are working on. Tap Navigate to Delivery to open the map view for that delivery.
2

Review the pickup point on the map

The map displays the vendor’s Pickup Location. You can see the store address and its position on the map. Review the route before you start driving.
3

Get turn-by-turn directions to the pickup location

Tap Get Directions to start navigation to the pickup point. The app provides step-by-step directions so you can focus on driving.
4

Collect the items and switch to drop-off navigation

Once you have picked up the order, return to the app. The map switches focus to the customer’s Delivery Address. Tap Get Directions again to start navigation to the drop-off point.
5

Arrive at the drop-off and complete the delivery

Follow the directions to the customer’s address. Once you arrive and hand over the order, complete the delivery steps in the app — including OTP verification or proof of delivery photo if required.

Contacting the buyer

If you need to reach the customer — for example, to confirm the exact drop-off spot or if you have trouble finding the address — you can contact them directly from the order details screen.
Always try to contact the buyer through the app rather than sharing personal contact details. This keeps communication on the record and makes it easier to resolve disputes.

Viewing pickup points

Some orders have multiple pickup points if items come from more than one vendor location. The Pickup Points section in the order details screen lists all the locations you need to visit before heading to the customer. Work through them in order and mark each stage in the app as you go.

Reporting a delivery issue

If you encounter a problem during a delivery — such as an incorrect address, an unreachable customer, or damaged items — report it through the app:
  1. Open the order details screen for the affected delivery.
  2. Tap Raise a Support Ticket.
  3. Enter a subject and a detailed description of the issue.
  4. Tap Submit Ticket.
The support team will review your ticket and follow up. Do not mark an order as delivered if there is an unresolved problem — wait for guidance from support.
Never abandon a delivery without reporting the issue first. Unresolved deliveries that are left without a status update can affect your account standing.
