Viewing your profile
Open the app and tap Account in the bottom navigation bar. Your profile card at the top of the screen shows your display name, account type, and primary contact details. Tap Account Details to see the full view, including your email address and phone number.Editing your profile
Tap Edit Profile
Tap the Edit Profile button below your display name. A modal sheet opens with your current information pre-filled.
Update your information
Edit any of the following fields:
- Display name — the name shown to vendors and on your orders
- Email address — used for order receipts and account communications
- Phone number — used for delivery contact and account verification
Your email address is also your login identifier. If you change it, use the new address the next time you sign in.
Changing your password
To update your password, go to Account Details and tap Change Password in the Security section. A prompt asks for your current password and then lets you enter and confirm a new one.Account security tips
Keep your account secure with these practices:- Use a unique password you do not share with other apps or websites.
- Sign out of shared or public devices after each session — tap Sign Out at the bottom of the Account screen.
- If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from support, do not share your password or OTP with anyone. The Westpoint team will never ask for your password.
- Review your saved delivery addresses periodically and remove any you no longer use.
Deleting your account
If you want to permanently remove your account, scroll to the Danger Zone section on the Account Details screen and tap Delete Account. A confirmation dialog will appear. Read it carefully — deleting your account:- Schedules your account and all associated data for permanent removal within 30 days.
- Cancels any pending orders or active sessions.
- Cannot be undone once the 30-day window has passed.
