Saving your delivery addresses means you do not have to type them out every time you place an order. You can store as many addresses as you need — home, office, or anywhere else — and mark one as the default so it is pre-selected at checkout.

Adding a delivery address

Open Delivery Addresses

From the Account screen, tap Delivery Addresses.

Tap Add New Address

Tap the Add New Address button. An address form opens.

Pin your location on the map

Tap Select Location on Map. The map view opens. You can:
  • Use the search bar to find a street, landmark, or area by name.
  • Drag the map pin to your exact delivery spot.
  • Tap Use Current Location to auto-fill based on where you are right now.
Once the pin is in the right place, tap Confirm Location.

Fill in the address details

Complete the following fields:
  • Address title — a label for this address (e.g., “Home” or “Office”)
  • Address line 1 — building number and street name
  • Address line 2 — floor, apartment, or suite (optional)
  • City — your city or town
  • Region — your region or district
  • Postal code — your postal or ZIP code (optional)
  • Landmark — a nearby landmark to help the delivery partner find you (optional)
  • Phone number — the number the delivery partner should call on arrival

Set as default (optional)

Toggle Set as default address if you want this address to be pre-selected at checkout.

Save the address

Tap Save Address. The new address appears in your list immediately.
Use the map search bar to find your address quickly, then drag the pin to fine-tune the exact drop-off point. This helps delivery partners find you without needing extra instructions.

Setting a default address

Your default address is automatically chosen when you start a new order. To change which address is the default:
  1. Open Delivery Addresses from the Account screen.
  2. Find the address you want to make default.
  3. Tap the Set Default button next to that address.
The address is immediately marked with a star and becomes your pre-selected delivery location at checkout.
You can only have one default address at a time. Setting a new default automatically removes the designation from the previous one.

Editing an address

  1. Open Delivery Addresses.
  2. Tap the Edit (pencil) icon next to the address you want to update.
  3. The same form used when adding an address opens, pre-filled with the current details.
  4. Make your changes and tap Save Address.

Deleting an address

  1. Open Delivery Addresses.
  2. Tap the Delete (trash) icon next to the address you want to remove.
  3. The address is removed immediately.
Deleting an address cannot be undone. If you remove your default address, you will need to set a new default before checking out.

Managing multiple addresses

You can save as many addresses as you need. On mobile, your addresses appear as individual cards. On a wider screen (such as a tablet or desktop browser), they are displayed in a table with title, full address, and action buttons. Use descriptive titles like “Home”, “Work”, or “Mum’s place” so you can quickly select the right one at checkout.
