Home feed
When you open the app, the home feed is your starting point. It surfaces products tailored to your activity alongside curated collections:- Recommended for you — products selected based on your browsing and purchase history.
- Trending products / Trending This Week — items that are popular with other shoppers right now.
- Featured products — highlighted items selected by vendors or the marketplace.
- Popular today — a snapshot of what’s selling across all stores.
- Top Categories — a quick-access row of category tiles.
- Most visited shops — stores other customers are viewing frequently.
Browsing by category
Select a category
Tap any category tile to open it. Some categories contain subcategories — tap one to narrow your results further.
Searching for products
Tap the search bar at the top of the home screen (labelled Search products) to open the search screen.Search tips
- Keywords — type a product name, brand, or description. Results appear as you type.
- Recent searches — your previous queries are listed below the search bar for quick re-use.
- Popular searches / Most Searched For — discover what other shoppers are looking for.
- Trending This Week — trending search terms surfaced automatically.
Filtering and sorting results
After running a search, tap Filter to refine results:| Option | What it does |

Product details page
Tapping any product opens its detail page. Here you’ll find everything you need to make a purchase decision:- Images — swipe through the product photo gallery.
- Price — the current price, including any sale price.
- Description — the vendor’s full product description.
- Variants — if the product comes in different sizes, colours, or options, tap Select Variant to choose the one you want. The price and stock status update automatically.
- Stock status — displayed as In Stock, Low Stock, or Out of Stock.
- Specifications — shipping weight, dimensions, and other product information.
- Customer Reviews — ratings and written reviews from buyers who have purchased the product. Tap See all reviews to read more.
- Related Products — similar items you might also like.
If a variant is out of stock, you can still view its details, but the Add to Cart button will be disabled for that option.
Wishlist
You can save products to your wishlist to revisit them later.Adding and removing items
- On a product detail page, tap the heart icon to add the item to your wishlist.
- Tap the heart icon again to remove it.
Viewing your wishlist
- Tap Account in the bottom navigation.
- Select Your Wishlist.
You need to be signed in to use the wishlist. Items saved while browsing as a guest will not be retained after you log out.
Store profiles
Every vendor on Afrizon has a public store profile (also called a shop). To visit a store:- Tap Visit Store on any product detail page, or
- Tap Stores in the bottom navigation bar to browse all stores, then tap any store card.
- Store Information — the vendor’s name, description, and business details.
- Store Hours — opening and closing times.
- Contact — how to reach the vendor.
- All products listed by that vendor.
Nearby stores
If you want to find stores close to your current location:- From the home feed, scroll to the Nearby stores section.
- Grant location permission if prompted.
- Tap any store card to visit its profile.
Personalized recommendations
As you browse and buy, the app learns your preferences. You’ll see personalised sections including:- Recommended for You — on the home feed and on product detail pages.
- You may also like — shown below a product you’re currently viewing.
- Similar Products — items in the same category.
- Popular in Category — bestsellers from the categories you browse most.
