Westpoint supports multiple languages so you can use the app comfortably in the language that works best for you. Changing the language updates all on-screen text — including menus, buttons, product labels, and order communications — instantly, without needing to restart the app.

Supported languages

LanguageCodeNotes
EnglishenDefault language
SwahiliswKiswahili
FrenchfrFrançais
If your device is already set to one of these languages, Westpoint automatically starts in that language the first time you open the app. You can override this at any time from your account settings.

How to change your language

1

Open the Account screen

Tap Account in the bottom navigation bar.
2

Open the language selector

At the top of the Account screen, tap the language icon (a globe or the current language label). The language selector opens as a dropdown or modal.
3

Choose your language

Tap English, Swahili, or French.
4

Confirm the change

The app switches language immediately. All menus, labels, and messages update to your chosen language without restarting.
If you are not sure which language is currently active, look at the label next to the globe icon at the top of the Account screen. It shows the name of the current language.

What changes when you switch languages

Changing the language affects the following areas of the app:
  • Navigation and menus — tab labels, sidebar items, and screen titles
  • Buttons and form labels — all interactive text throughout the app
  • Order status labels — statuses such as “Pending”, “Shipped”, and “Delivered” display in the chosen language
  • System messages and alerts — confirmation dialogs, error messages, and success notices
  • Order communications — order-related notifications and in-app messages
Product names and descriptions are set by vendors and may not be available in all languages. The app interface itself will always display in your chosen language.
